Don’t you hate it when you think about things for days, weeks, sometimes even months and you don’t do anything about it? I’ve been doing this for several months, and I’m sick of it. It is time to take action and I’m asking you to do the same. Pharmacist provider status will not happen without action. While I consider myself a strong supporter of pharmacist provider status, I’m guilty of watching and thinking about the process. I have never written a letter to any member of Congress, and I am disappointed in myself.
Today that is going to change, and I ask you to take action with me. I’m writing a letter to both of my senators and congressman. I would ask that you reply below to this post after you have written a letter to your congressperson in support of HR 592 (House of Representatives) and S.314 (Senate).
I’m tired of waiting for provider status. Will you take this pledge with me today and let’s collectively push this along a little faster!
I sent an email to both of my Senators and my House representative. I hope it does some good. Thanks for the information.
Thanks so much! all we can do is try!
Done.
Thanks Bonnie!
I will write, too, but am I clear that the bill would provide pharmacist provider status only in underserved areas? I suppose it’s better to start there, but I was wondering if I read it right.
